I just got done doing my Tae-bo work out and I feel so good right now. I sooo didn't want to do it, but then I had to keep my goals in mind. It's all about a mindset. I am really good at coming up with excuses why not to excercize... it's too late I should have done it earlier in the morning... I don't feel like it... I don't want to get all sweaty... I'll do it tomorrow I promise... none of them are reasonable but they seem to work at the time. I heard one of my mentors, Dani Johnson describe an excuse as a well-planned lie. Lol, how true is that.
I decided to do something different than last week... so I am going to be doing my Tae-bo workout for the entire week. Minus yesterday, I believed my excuse then. From today and after I will consistantly do it!
